Our Menus are split into five categories: Spit Roasts; Finger Buffets; Fork Buffets; Carved Buffets; and Tailor Made Buffet Menus. All our menus include uniformed waiting staff, linen tablecloths, napkins and cutlery. Our succulent spit roasts are supplied with a chef, who prepares and serves the entire meal – both pig, lamb and venison roasts are available depending on the season.
