For many years people have underestimated the potential of BBQ’s when planning parties. For some, the traditional English BBQ conjures up images of burnt sausages, overcooked prawns and uninspired salads. At Peri Peri we aim to banish this misconception forever. We use restaurant quality charcoal or modern gas BBQ’s which allow us to cook at an enormous temperature, enabling us to sear entire fillet steaks, cook unbelievably tender chicken, and delicately fire-roast whole fish. We infuse our smoke with delicate flavourings by burning fresh herbs with the fuel, instead of intoxicating the food with lighter fluid fumes. And it is this philosophy of transforming the mundane into the extraordinary that sets our menus apart. |
