By using huge outdoor fountains, with automated hose jets and underwater lighting, we were able to create a stunning sequence of dancing flumes of spray. These effects were further enhanced by enormous pyrotechnic devices, which illuminated the surrounding gardens. In addition giant outdoor colour washed were used to highlight the giant oak trees and the walls of the private residence.

Once inside the party, the guests were greeted by a room draped with white sashes – all brilliantly lit from trussing bars in the roof and pro-logic lights in each corner. The central feature, which is a Champagne fountain filled with a cocktail mixture, sparkles majestically having been down-lit from above.

The entrance to the marquee was lined with 30 giant gas flambeauxs, intersected by an enormous red carpet – designed as giant catwalk strewn with rose petals for when the guests arrive. The entrance to the party was lit from both the outside, and with a vibrant red colour-wash to compliment the dramatic opening to the venue.

Inside one of the rooms a starcloth ceiling was erected. At Peri Peri we use black starcloth, midnight blue starcloth, and white starcloth for winter themed events. Each party location is different, and we by using sensitive lighting techniques, we can subtely alter the mood and atmosphere of any space – even to the extent that we can transform a single space gradually throughout the course of the event.
